(ASHI) Association for Social Health in India (Punjab State Branch) is a non-governmental
voluntary organization committed to Promoting Social Health of people.
The Association for Social Health in India (Punjab State Branch), Chandigarh, is affiliated with the All India Association for Social Health in India, 19, Rouse Avenue Institutional Area, New Delhi. The Punjab State Branch of the Association is a Registered Body under the Societies Registration Act of 1860 and working for women & Children since 1961. The Association has its Branches in the Seventeen Districts of the State. The Branches function under the Presidentship of the wives of the Deputy Commissioners of the Districts in active collaboration with eminent Social Workers for the Welfare of Women/Children of the State.

(ਆਸ਼ੀ) ਅਖਿਲ ਭਾਰਤੀਯ ਸਮਾਜ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੰਘ ( ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਸ਼ਾਖਾ ) ਇੱਕ ਗੈਰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਵੈ-ਸੇਵੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਮਾਜਿਕ ਸਿਹਤ ਸਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਚਾ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਲਈ ਵਚਨਬਧ ਹੈ।ਅਖਿਲ ਭਾਰਤੀਯ ਸਮਾਜ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੰਘ( ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਸ਼ਾਖਾ ), ਚੰਡੀਗੜ, ਆਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਅਖਿਲ ਭਾਰਤੀਯ ਸਮਾਜ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੰਘ, 19, ਰਾਊਸ ਐਵੇਨਿਊ ਇੰਸਟੀਟਿਊਸ਼ਨਲ ਏਰਿਆ, ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਐਫ਼ੀਲੀਏਟਿਡ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸੰਸਥਾ "ਸੋਸਾਇਟੀ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਐਕਟ 1860 ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 21" ਅਧੀਨ ਪੰਜੀਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਲ 1961 ਤੋਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਸਤਾਰਾਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਖਾਵਾਂ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਸ਼ਾਖਾਵਾਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਤਨੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਹੇਠ ਉਥੋਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜੁਝਾਰੂ ਸਾਮਾਜਿਕ ਸੇਵਿਕਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਆਤਮ-ਨਿਰਭਰ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਰਾਜ ਦੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ ਨਿਭਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦਾ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਇੱਕ ਤੰਦੁਰੁਸਤ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਖੀ ਸਮਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।
